I am fanatical over this Aussie designer I discovered while browsing through bikinis as I prepare for the warm weather. The Australian knows how to flatter a woman's body with the unique silhouettes and colors. The simplicity of the website allows the viewer to focus on just the product, and not be distracted by the models' figure.

Designer Spotlight: Sylvia Cachay

After reading and hearing about Sylvia Cachay's recent death at the SoHo House on December 9th, 2010 I couldn't help but think about recognizing her talents by posting about her work. Sylvia Cachay's swimwear line, Syla, consisting of tropical printed swimsuits, sharply cut suits, beach towels, and matching sarongs is a huge source of inspiration for my swimsuit project. May she Rest In Peace.

I found this hot bathing suit while shopping online at Victoria's Secret. Their selection surprised me. I love this piece because of the lace detail and the pink color. I would have to try this to see how it looks, but for now, the model looks amazing.
